Here at Jitae we believe in hard work and fun. Classes are a mix of learning a wide range of self defense from standing to ground, empty hand to weapons. Along with self defense, traditional forms are taught as well as weapon forms. Lastly kickboxing styles from Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and Joe Lewis are taught in depth.
Our classes are a mix of traditional TKD, Superfoot systems kickboxing, Joe Lewis fighting forms and combat jujitsu. Classes run 6 days week morning and evenings. Call or email for more information
